Ross Walters has been playing on a professional basis since 1981. An in-demand touring musician, Ross was a member of superstar Donna Summer's band from 1997 to 2004. Ross toured and recorded with Denver and the Mile High Orchestra in 2003 and 2004. He currently travels internationally with healing evangelist Benny Hinn. Ross has released three CD's on his independent label.
Ross not only displays prowess on the saxophone family but also excels on flute, harmonica, and keyboards.
Ross was born in Honolulu, Hawaii and grew up in San Jose, California. He studied jazz at DeAnza College and later received a degree in Computer Science from Condie College of Business and Technology. Ross is the proud parent of 4 children.
Ross and family moved to Franklin, Tennessee in 1997 to pursue further opportunities in the music industry.
Ross has performed on some of the world's most prestigious stages including Carnegie Hall, Madison Square Garden, and the Monterey Jazz Festival.
With a world of musical doors open to him Ross has chosen to focus his creative efforts in the arena of music ministry as a soloist and his upcoming project features his debut as a singer/songwriter in tangent with his instrumental skills.
Prior Christian touring experiences include TRUTH (1987) and the Carman Heart of a Champion World Tour (2000-2001). Ross has recorded with Boyz II Men, Donna Summer (both Gold records) and a host of others.
