New Years Resolutions? The Important question is, What do you do everyday?

Larry Bird.
Bird's high free throw percentage is due in no small part to the fact that when he was a boy, he used to shoot 200 free throws before school, every day, according to a late 1990s Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance commercial with Larry himself.

If I make a list of things I should do to be better I always find that the list is too big and too ambitious. But if there is one thing that I can do everyday then I know I can get in a groove. Get in a new positive skill building life improving habit.

I'm not going to do 200 free throws every morning but I have some ideas of what I can do and you probably do also. Now start doing it everyday.

I was inspired by Kurt Baumer here in Spokane who gets a decent amount of work doing sessions out of his home studio for people all over the world needing fiddle tracks. His website is http://fiddletrax.com
So I put together http://customsaxtracks.lifeyo.com/Home/ and I'm trying to drum up the same kind of work and will be bummin his studio if anything trickles in.
Check out Kurt's site and check out my site also and give the demo reels a listen.
